svt motor in a lx 4-door

I just joined yesterday, so forums are all new to me. I bought a 4-door single port with a bad motor. I originally planned on replacing with another single port, untill i came across a svt that was wrecked. The car is just going to be a DD but for some reason I can't just settle for a stock anything(that comes from racing jetskis for years). Anyways my question is before I install the engine,trans,etc.. is there anything I should change in addition to the timing belt. Sould I use a gates from oreilly's. Any help u guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.

water pump, and i'd probably do the clutch and flywheel so it's easy and you know youre starting fresh. while you do the timing belt do the tensioner and idler

I would recommend sending a PM to loudfocus01. He is working on an SVT engine/tranny swap in his sedan too.

Im going to change every wiring harness, the dash, gauges, suspension. It should be pretty cool when complete. I also plan on doing a true cai, exhaust mods, and from the sound of it a tune from tom. I dont want to crazy because it needs to be dependable. Its going to be a DD.

I appreciate the input, does it matter what kind of timing belt, clutch? I dont really want a racing clutch.
