i beg you to look very carefully into the job you are undertaking. to my knowledge there are not kits on the market for a v6 motor swap into a focus which means you will have to either fabricate everything yourself which will be frustrating time consuming and could get expensive quick OR you can take it somewhere to have the work done for you in which case it will be less frustrating, just as time consuming and will be very very expensive. there is a thread here you should look at for more details. the last i checked it still wasnt finished and the guy had been at it for months. if you want to buy a kit for a motor swap your best off to do a V8 conversion. if you plan to fabricate everything anyway then i wish you GodSpeed!!!!

yeah, i know that. you mentioned the price that you can get the whole cougar for in order to do the swap. i was mentioning getting the items needed from a salvage yard at a cheaper price.

If I'm not mistaken there is an SHO swap logged. I think you can even buy the kit. Do some searches. You should be able to find it.
