Trans compatibility question

Got a quick question. Picked up an MTX-75 today. Has the 3.82:1 gears and came out of a car that had a Zetec motor. (assuming an 02 or earlier since they switched to 3.41:1 after 02 and through 05) Anyway. Will this trans mate up to my 2.3 Duratec or will I have to swap the clutch housing from my trans onto this one.

Turns out the shift towers are different as well and from the looks of it this might be an earlier than 02 trans. Here is a link to some of the pics posted by the seller on craigslist.

So you can see exactly whats what. Will the shift towers swap over? I have read on Focaljet that the bellhousings will switch over so it will bolt up to the Duratec but I just want to make sure everything else will.

the 00-02.5 and 02.5-04 towers are compatible so i dont see why the 05-07 wouldnt work

and btw your first post is wrong, the 3.41 only came in the 03-04 pzev's. All 00-04 zetecs had 3.82's.
