crazy fast

I have 2003 ford focus. I am think about doing a motor swap of a different sort. I have acess to a 2000 someting cobra 4.6 motr and the trans. Will it fit in my focus? I also have a 8.8 rear end. The plan is to convert it to rear will drive. what yall think?

I say go for it and make sure you know what you're getting into before you start. I saw a thread about a guy that had it done at a professional shop and it took a long time. A whole lot of work involved. Cheaper to go turbo.

here the kit i am geting to do this. http://www.tcf-v8-focus-conversions.com/ There is a little cuttting and little welding. The kit is almost bolt in.

Iam doing this myself, with a 99' cobra, and 2 97' explorers, and an 80's 4x4 bronco.
also iam trying for a full indi susp 4wd with a center dif lock.

if i were you, i would do this, do it now, and dont skimp on parts$ and good luck to ya.
