Exclamation NEED HELP 2000 zetec Mtx into a 2002 spi Auto focus

hello i know many people been talking about these topics but i have one problem..
I have a 2002 ford focus sedan ,auto, pwr windows, and locks with keyless entry with the SPI engine and
I have a donor car a 2000 ford focus zx3 ,5spd ,Zetec but its a base line manual windows and locks and doesn't have keyless entry ..

i wanted to know if i can just switch everything around ,
cuz im thinking that the alarm control system is gonna be a problem, the one in my sedan focus is a big black box with 5 or 6 plugs while in the zx3 it has a tiny black box with only one plug..
they both on top of the ecu behind the glove box ...

also just what i will need to do like with the keys and the pats system does anyone think i should get (All in one Ford PATS & Securilock encrypted Override Kit)or (1100F Ford/Mazda PATS / Securilock Remote Start Interface Data Module)

Im what to chang the ecu computer and keys if i have too only
thank you...... please help

i have pics below
the zx3 is the 2000 zetec stick (base line manual)
the zx4 is the 2002 spi auto (power everything)
