01 cevy blazer possible transmission help

ok soo i got the focus
my sister has a 01 blazer runs smoth
but today on her way to work her car was not moving like it was suposto she was stepping ont he gas but the car was barly moving
i guess i coudl expain it as haveing half the clutch down and stepping on the gas and expectiong to move the same way with no clutch
shes got a auto mines manual but i was guann tow it to school to see if my auto teacher coudl look at it it was inthe driveway and in N it didnt move cuoldent eaven push it put it in R and revved it and the univrsal joint didnt eaven move
when i was looking under the car while my dad revved it i herd a like wistling noise/ wineing and a rubbing/ grinding noise

That's a tranny issue. Something in there isn't connecting properly...i'm not an expert, but something either went out or was screwed up in there...can you provide more info as to how your sister drives or when it happened? was it when she was driving or in the driveway? check your fluid too, make sure there's enough in there.

shes not that bad with her car
i checked the fluid it was at a normal level but it wasent liek red red it was more of a brownish
she was driving home from work when it officialy stoped working but ont he way to work she had to step on the gas harder for it to go the same speed
but today out friend who we bought it from hes got a shop hes guann look at it he towed it there today

If it's a 4L60E it's probably a broken sun shell. You lose R and 2nd. Make sure you insist on the stronger one during the O.H.
