duratec to zetec swap????

is this possible? just wondering cause the zetec has alot more upgrades for it and its alot cheeper to upgrade,,,4k for a turbo? come on now,,,but what do u guys think? will the cables and tb cables and vacumn lines line up and fit right and stuff? is everything able to change over??

i dont know if i would. considering the duratec is such a better motor than the zetec. i'd wait a lil while and prices will drop (i hope)

yeah the aftermarket will catch up for our duratecs since the 08 focus will still have the duratec their will be alot more aftermarket parts to come you just gotta wait.

And prices will go down

I look at it like this you buy a part then save untill something new comes out

Why oh why would you want to downgrade? Sure, a couple of the parts for a Zetec are cheaper, but by the time you are done doing the swap, any savings you would have had is lost.

Don't like the price for the turbo kit? Build your own then.
