I am pretty sure that anyone that ran this header would feel no difference in performance vs a FSWerks header. I had an OBX in the past, 5-6 years old and still is fine, just turned black is all.

Wow this thread exploded, Obx I've heard pros and cons about them.... Yes they're cheap, but they come with a lifetime warranty as well.... I've seen people fix the welds because of inferior welds breaking off or cracking. But as previously stated who else has come out with a direct fit header? Injected engineering has stated they're in the process of making one but nothing about it (last time I checked) Aftermarket companies have really dropped the ball on this for sure

You can buy from Malaysia. For around $600 usd shipped to USA. They make it per order so no bulk buy group buy prices. I asked and the major turn off was no dyno plot.

I don't understand why people get so let down because our cars don't have a lot of aftermarket performance parts. Just give it time. Our cars are still relatively new. R&d and parts development take time. Especially if done correctly. I'd rather companies take their time and produce a good product.

Hmm, I emailed OBX R support last week too but have not received anything back yet.

A trust worthy company has a header for the focus not sure aif anyone knows about this already but wanted to share.

Stillen performanc - Magnaflow with cat converter
http://www.stillen.com/product/catal...53-124049.html

They say it fit but for the price someone has to confirm fitment.

Not that I do not trust this company, but I think that image is the image from the magnaflow website:
http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic...irectfit=51153

The description doesnt sound like its a performance part so much as literally a catalytic converter that is mis-priced / typo'd to me. Or possible the factory replacement for the cost.

probably a oem part but the company is trust worthy i am just posting it to show that that is r&d out there that is slowly coming out for the focuses.

plus stillen is a performance company doesn't mean the part is performance rated could be oem rated. plus a lot of parts dealers just distribute the part rather than crate them.

I think why aftermarket companies aren't jumping onto the MK3 is that Ford made it all built right in after all to get gas mileage you increase efficiency which increase power even stock it has a factory sort of header so what power they could squeeze out was minimum take the exhaust, intake, and tunes any one get more then 20HP from one mod...
