If I remember it was basically at 70mm, something like 69.xxmm Steeda looked at nine while I was there last year.

Take with grain of salt, I might be thinking of something else lol

The manifold opening may be 65mm, but the throttle body opening is larger.

I doubt it'd help the car without a tune. The reason we can mount a header and see some gains is A) there's not a whole lot of metering on the exhaust stroke side of things and the loss of the primary cat, as well as a minor scavenging effect that helps our high compression engine get even more power.

When/if tuning comes along, I wouldn't be surprised to see a throttle body made, and I'm willing to bet the old Cosworth cast inlet manifold will bolt up easy (it fits the previous gen D20/D23s and the current Transit Connect just fine).
