I don't know how he's planning to tune it he just told me Btw, I should be able to tune your car in the next weeks... Didn't asked for more infos as I'm not planning to tune it before april... Sorry!

no ones tuning the non st mk3 we all know this already... dude didn't stumble on some random guy that has unlocked the ECU without notifying the focus comunity.
