felixthecat, for the crane 0012, do we need upgraded valve springs?
Yes, you'll need springs/retainers. I'd love to try those cams.^^^^^^^

I need some info on getting my 2.3 head do i get it from a 2.3 focus or ranger? What is the best cast number to get on the head to get the best flowing 2.3 head???

Get one from a Foci or a escape= NO Rangers.
