I just do not understand how an electronic diagnostic can determine weather or not a mechanical part needs replacing or not. They charged me $120 for the diagnostic and I left with the same problem I came with. This is getting really frustrating as it seems to me I'm just getting ripped of and I'm never satisfied when I leave. If anyone has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. I do not know what to do anymore. This is my second focus and I was hoping there'd be a third but by the looks of it I will not be buying another ford again.

Thank you in advance,

Sounds like the dealer isn't listening to you, What'd they say about the fluild leaking?

I doubt they even looked at it. I told them the passenger side engine mount needs replaced because the engine is vibrating at idle and they completely ignored me and did an engine diagnostic to see if the engine is running properly or if there are any miss-firings.

I do not know what to do anymore.

...that's why i do all the work myself. The Internet (do lots of research)and a haynes manual are my friends. Lol. If you aren't comfortable doing the work, get a 2nd opinion, and a 3rd if you need to, until you find someone that listens and knows how to correct it.

Hey, how close are the new focus st mounts to the duratecs?? I'm sure the new st's will get more aftermarket support so maybe if someone makes some good st engine mounts, we can adapt them to our older foci!
