CFM Throttle body and Tune VS. Stealth exhaust

So if I researched correctly, Toms tune plus the TB should be around $500 while the FSwerks stealth exhaust is about $500. I currently only have the steeda sri and I was wondering which should I do first? Would the tune really be worth it with just the intake and TB?

All suggestions are appreciated

Do the exhaust first.

if you put the throttle body and tune together, it just seems like youd get similar gains (if not more) to the exhaust.

I'd do the exhaust & tune. A cheap mod= a oil change w/ a bsd plug. Holds more oil & removes rotating mass & static weight.

Only problem is that I have about $450 to spend right now and won't really have anymore extra spending cash for a while
