you dont need a remote tuning session or wideband for basic boltons. just get the xcal from FSW and tell them what mods you have

Exactly. I bought a tuner from Tom and he says he can remote tune without a wideband. A wideband would be good if you are heavily modded or have a power adder (boost, N2O, etc)

As for the PZEV tubing and someone can correct me if I am wrong, once you remove that stock header, the pipes for the PZEV go with it. You will need to cap off the hose for the PZEV with a 5/8" silicone cap - good luck finding one. If you do go this route, let me know, I have a few that I will sell you for shipping costs.

Or, when you order your tune, have the PZEV turned off. Then you can unplug the sensor, and remove the air pump, canister, hard line across the front of your engine, and the sensor. I THINK you will need a small vacuum cap for your cam cover or intake manifold, but I dont remember. When I install my new intake, I am going to remove the PZEV. I will take pics.

From what I could tell when I was under the hood the PZEB sucked air out of the intake, not the intake manifold and then dumped it into the engine through ports cut into the header
