Stock coil question

190k on the odometer. Got another bad coil. Replacing all of them this time. Question is, at my buddy's junk yard they have a 2011 there under 10k miles. By chance would the coils swap over?

I'd grab them, they should work

$50 can't hurt to try it.

Your '05 does use the same P/N coil as the 2011. In the future you can check P/Ns and/or part interchangeability anytime here: http://www.fordparts.com/Default.aspx?gnav=nav:home

You can get some from China for $17.50 each brand new. I ordered them (Ebay) and have had no problems with them. They helped me root out the one bad one that I had. So I just replaced them all for half the cost of one from Autozone for $125 each.
