Sorry. But a plug and play harness doesn't exist. It's very rare on any vehicle, but especially so on a 12 Focus.

Okay so is there a harness I can buy so that I can avoid cutting into my factory wiring?

Axxess AX-ADFD02 ADBOX Aftermarket Stereo Installation Harness for 2011-UP Ford Vehicles

This would be what i need right? It would plug into the factory harness and then i can just use butt connectors to connect my aftermarket radio. And I shouldnt need the adbox because i just have the non-sync base model.

To be honest, I'm not sure. The ADBOX does more than just retain SYNC. It also provides you with a 12V ignition wire, which is not in the factory harness (factory turns on/off via a digital canbus signal). If you don't have SYNC/OEM bluetooth/Sat Radio and you don't have an amplified audio system or any kind.... that might be it. It does some other small things like provide a parking brake wire (for indash video), reverse trigger wire (rear cam), vehicle speed sense (for indash navi) and retain accessory power (RAP) when you shut the vehicle off until you open a door. But those are optional. You MIGHT get away with just using that harness IF you're willing to find an ignition source elsewhere in the vehicle to turn your new head unit on/off.

Also, you're going to need the ASWC module if you want your steering wheel controls to work.

You're a god send firebirdude. Anyways just to make sure im understanding what you're telling me, unless i buy something like the axxess adbox my headunit wont turn on at all by just cutting the factory plug off and hardwiring it. I dont have sync, bluetooth, sat nav or anything like that right now but the new headunit does have bluetooth and nav. Dont think the base model focus has an amplifier either. But if I plan to install a rearview camera in the future it wont work either without the adbox? Also i'll lose 1 hour mode basically? Where else could i get an ignition source, 12 v outlet maybe?

Just looked at the prices on those adboxes too. 80.00-100.00, ouch. Does the parrot harness that i've seen talked about do what the adbox does for cheaper?

Correct. And don't cut off the factory plug. At the bare minimum, buy the harness you linked to. That will plug into your factory harness, but it contains some CANBUS wires that will be of no use to you without the ADBOX. In those wires are digital signals that tell the factory head unit (or ADBOX) to turn the head unit on. The 12V outlet is 12V constant, so that's a no go. If you're installing an aftermarket head unit with navigation you're going to want the parking brake and vehicle speed sense wires that are also on the CANBUS data. And yes you could install a rear cam later without the ADBOX, but you'd have to hunt for a wire that's triggered by the transmission going into reverse in order for the camera to show up on your screen. The ADBOX can read that data on the CANBUS and give you that output as well. It also comes pre-wired for the ASWC steering wheel control module (that IS plug and play). In short, it's going to make your life infinitely easier.

The parrot harness does nothing. Just a plastic plug and wires, much like the harness you linked to. It's designed to be plug and play for the parrot hands free systems only. Some users use them to wire up aftermarket amplifiers to the factory speaker wires without hacking up the factory harness. It doesn't get you any closer to installing an aftermarket head unit.

I hear ya. It ain't cheap. The fugly dash kit is the main reason I haven't swapped out the factory head unit yet. What did you end up going with?
