pioneer hu on focus svt help pls!!!

hey guys, the only time i did a head unit about 5 years ago my dad did 90% of the job so im a little lost here. I finally got my deck, a pioneer deh-x5500hd, kit came with everything. Now my question is, the oem wires have 3 plugs and i know ill lose the steering wheel controls so that leaves me with two.

on the bottom is the receiver to car harness it came with, there is no way the oem plugs fit there. So did i get the wrong one? i specified clearly i had an svt with fact sub and audiophile radio

oem plugs add up to 14 wires, harness i got also has 14 plugs, but the head units harness only has 12.

what am i missing? any help please. I already tried searching diy but didnt really answer my questions and of course none where this model specific

i already got the sub covered with this thread

How To: Aftermarket radio wiring with stock SVT sub and amp.
