Tweeters in 2nd Gen's?
Who here has installed tweeters in the 2nd gen? I'm planning on installing some and am curious as to how they look mounted wherever you mounted them.

The future audio of my Focus will include a 2-way amplifier as well as new speakers and component speakers.

I've been trying to find a set of tweeter pods from 07-10 Wranglers ... they look like they would mount ((and look good(( about anywhere.

a pillars

I dont think theres any way to mount them in the doors

My plan is the A Pillars. Was just hoping for some one with pics to get a visual prior to doing the installation. Although, installation is a far way off because I don't even have the tweeters yet, let alone the speakers or the amplifier that all will be installed at the same time.

Mine are in the door panels by the door lock button. Cant find any pics sorry.

I put mine on the triangular plastic piece on the door, the driver side one has the control for the mirrors, and the passenger is just a blank. Fits perfectly there, and sounds great! If you want pics, i can get pics

Nick, pics would be appreciated! That is the only other thought for where to put them. Really depending on which looks better to me is most likely going to be where they go, unless there is a drastic change in sound coming from one location to another.

The A pillars will give you a much better soundstage bar none. When you are at a show, the sound comes from in front of you not the far left and right.

I agree.
