Changing the Voice Command language

Hi, I've tried searching this forum (and google for that matter) for topics on "how to change the voice command language" in a Ford Focus 2011.

I've found some referances on the cmax-club forums where they claim you can change the language at your Ford dealer, by inserting a USB with the correct files from the Ford ETIS site. This procedure should take roughly 20 minutes, so they claim.

Does anyone here have any information on this topic? My situation is that I've bought a Focus in Norway, but it was imported by the Ford dealer from Germany and thus understands only German. (text/menu/other is English).

Hope someone has info on this, my Ford dealer tells me they have no clue :P

I haven't heard of this, Jongsanim, but I'm in the U.S. The only available languages for the SYNC system here are English, Spanish, and French.

It's such as awesome feature, I definitely hope you'll find a way to switch it to the appropriate dialect.
