I know right? I would have loved some feedback with regard to any changes. I'm guessing that if the were some things of significance (cough, cough - Applink) it would have been mentioned so maybe just another "improve stability" type update, which would be weak.

I'm still slightly suspicious. There was a European update a little while back that some N. American owners managed to get and risked installing but IIRC (which I may not) that one was listed as v3.7.6, not v3.7.11. Something seems off because as you said, more than likely more than one person would have gotten their hands on it and I haven't really seen anything checking the forums for other models. Of course the poster said the dealership confirmed that they had v3.7 so who knows?

So the recent Spotify update that came out on iOS that states it now works with Ford App Link means it will or won't work with MFT?

At this time it will NOT work with MFT. MFT != Sync/App Link

Any sign of a software update in the near future?

At this years CES in January, Fords "Connected Vehicle and Services Executive Director" Don Butler in this video says "We'll continue to upgrade Sync Gen 2 and MyFord Touch". You can skip to the question at about 6:40 in. The rest of the video is pretty interesting too. Personally I won't believe it until I've had my MFT upgraded but at least they make noises like they care.

Thanks for the quick and informative reply. Seeing is believing!

Quick question regarding a Master Reset: If I do one, my software version stays the same, correct? Right now I have the latest, version 3.6.2. My MFT has been wonky as of late; thinking a master reset will clean it up somewhat. Thx.

That's correct, a master reset only affects your settings and preferences.

Once your MFT system has been updated, it will keep that version until you install a newer one.

Correct, your MFT version will stay the same but you likely wil lose any customizations that you have done (wallpapers, phone numbers, gps points).

Can anyone give me some help on how I can get my touch screen to come back on. Right now I have nothing. I pulled fuses 67 AND 79 put them back in and turned the car on with no luck. Is there anything I can try before I take it back in? Thanks
