For Sale: Heavily Modified PWSC/Powerworks Blower - Zetec
Item Description: I bought this blower from Karl/Massive. It had less than 1,000 miles on it when I purchased it. I sent it to Stiegemeier to be ported and looked over (they are local to me). Stieg also ported/smoothed the throttle body. The upper manifold has been ported as well. It has the Massive Max-Boost pulley upgrade (2.4" and 2.6" pulley included). Additionally is has 60# injectors, oversized fuel rail, dual pass Lightning Force Performance lower heat exchanger as well as a single pass Garrett/Cobra heat exchanger that sits behind the upper grille- IAT's will be cool like a fan. It comes with the factory coolant reservoir as well as a custom fabricated 3 gallon reservoir that sits under/inside the windshield wiper cowl. This also comes with a Focus Central throttle body, 3" MAF tube and MAF adapter, and a Massive light weight crank pulley. The manifold has been tapped in two places for meth inection, but those can be easily plugged (will do at buyer's request). Last, but not least, I purchased a set of thermal intake and exhaust spacers/isolators from Ferriday Engineering as well as a set of ARP intake and exhaust studs. All of the wires, nuts, bolts, manual, etc. are all included in the sale. I might be forgetting a few things. However, this is the lowest mileage and most modified/upgraded PWSC out there. The blower has not been used after being purchased from Karl/Massive. I bolted it to my engine, but that's it. I'll also include a new Remy starter in the deal. naturally, all of the electrical wires, oil lines, and water hoses are included. Mocal oil adapter is included as well (along with the unit supplied by Poweworks).

Yep- this is the one. When he had it the blower had not been ported and the lower heat exchanger was the PWSC supplied one. This has a larger dual pass exchanger. I also upgraded it to 60# injectors.

Mucho discount if you purchase the blower AND the engine I also have listed.

if memory serves its only the port shape that is different.

Depends on how you look at it. The mounting holes are raised a bit, which causes the ports not to line up. That's why the older Ford Racing manifolds were slotted. Port shape might be a bit different, but the main thing is the lower/higher mounting position.

aaaaahhh. i did not know that.

That's just from a mounting standpoint. As far as the blower goes, there might be a few more differences as well. I remember there being a few different steps/pictures in the PWSC manual for SVT cars.
