Those "O2 cheaters/MIL eliminators" are illegal now due to the fact that they're designed to get around emissions standards (the CEL goes off because a CAT would scrub HCs from the exhaust and thus, flatten the electrical signal going back to the PCM) so unless you manage to find some in a junkyard car car they're gonna be hard to come by. The individuals that already have 'em are most likely using them to shut their own PCM up.

Now since they've become illegal, companies are still selling a card-like MIL eliminator: the catch is you have to cut/splice the wires in yourself. The Gov't will catch on and is shutting down the sale of THOSE too.
A google search of O2 Sensor Spacers will turn up twenty or so different items. The spacer screws in to the secondary O2 sensor bung and locates the actual sensor out of the way of the direct flow of exhaust. The inside has a washer (or something like that) with a small hole that allows a slight amount of exhaust gasses to reach the sensor. The sensor will still heat up and the small amount of exhaust registers like it should, the light should/will turn off because of these factors.

The O2 Sensor Spacers should be way cheaper too... NAPA may even sell them; but the interwebs will DEFINETLY still sell those. When I get home I'll upload the picture I found.

Or do that Google search for O2 Sensor Spacers. They should be $9-25.
