WTB: 2.0L SOHC Engine

I'm near Portland, Oregon. Looking for a good running 2.0L SOHC engine with 140k miles or less to put in my 2002 Focus.

Good Luck. These motors are difficult to find. They all crap out at 100K.

be easier to find a zetec and swap. ive seen SPIs on cl at 12-1600 bucks but you can pull a junkyard zetec for a hell of alot less than that! and itll last longer. just a thought.

EDIT

like this http://louisville.craigslist.org/pts/2733524804.html
1600 for a rebuilt spi. thats insanely high to me...

Can you swap a Zetec for a SPI easily? What's involved?
