2.0 SPI motor

My 02 Focus has nearly 100k miles on the 2.0 SPI motor so I figure it's about time I buy one to rebuild so I can swap it in on my own time before it forces my hand down the road. I live in oceanside CA so anywhere near here would be great.. I will consider paying to have it shipped. Thanks! (Please no talk about "why don't you change to a zetec...")

I need to find out for sure since mine did go, but the bottom end should still be fine. you'd have to find a head or have this one rebuilt. I dunno. I just want to get rid of it though.
