what size are the caliper bolts?

hey guys does anyone know the socket size for the calipers on this damn car, and how the hell are you supposed to get the rubber boots off the bolt heads, this thing is a pain in my ass.

Don't know the size but I can guess its metric... Oh and make sure that you don't twist the boots as you will damage them. Trial and error.... after you have done one it will make sense. Also if you are compressing the piston make sure that if you twist it also that you put it back in place as otherwise the pad will not sit correctly in the caliper. If your changing the pads don't forget the anti scream sticky's that go on the back. Its trial and error as I said as I did all of these the first time. Take your time..

It isn't a socket...it is a metric allen wrench (not sure what size). You don't need to take the rubber part off I think it goes through the whole shaft of the caliper. That bolt slides as your pads wear down so that it is constant pressure on both pads.

Almost positive it's a 7mm allen. The little rubber boot has a 'tophat' that pops right off and the bolt head it underneath...
