Creaking noise when turning

So I noticed that when I turn my wheel I am hearing this creaking noise. However it doesn't happen when turning down a rd.it usually happens when I have to park the car and have to turn the wheel almost all of the way. When I turn a little it doesn't make the creak. Only when I have to really turn it to park etc. I did notice that some times when I turn down a rd there's this rubbing noise or like a dragging noise against the pavement. it not all the time. Idk if they are related.

Last time I got an oil change it was doing this as well when they did there 10bpointbinspecrion and checked over the suspension they said it looked good. So I'm baffled at what this could be.

It sounds like your strut bearing/s. Depending on the load.
