Hub Assembly Swap?

Hi all,
Is it possible to swap a hub assemblies on a 06 mk 1.5 zx3 from a 4x108 to a 5x100 bolt pattern?

I ask because I already have a nice set of wheels that are 5x100 and it seems like it would be cheaper to simply buy adapting hub assemblies to fit what I already have.

No hubs/drums avail. to do that directly, here's someone who can modify ones:Re-drilling hubs and rotors to 5x108 and 4x100

Gotta do hubs, rotors & drums, then have any replacement rotors/drums done when needed.

Check with him for 5x100, that size would fit but I didn't see it requested before.
