Rear Sway Bar and Endlinks problem

Hey all,

So, this morning I tried installing my Whiteline rear sway bar. Ended up having to go to a mates place to use their rattle gun.

But after we got the old rear sway bar off and prepped the new one, we found out that the holes to insert into the endlinks were about 2mm smaller than the stock RSB.

Ive contacted whiteline to see if that was the correct rear sway bar - I'm pretty sure it is.

Is this a ploy to buy their endlinks?
Do I even need aftermarket endlinks or can I drill out the hole to fit the stock ones?
Will the stock endlinks be okay for a 24mm RSB?

EDIT: I don't track or autox if that helps =)

Well thats dumb of them to change the size of the endlink hole. Id not want to have to drill a brand new car part to make it fit. Did they not advertise that the stock endlinks wouldnt work with their bar?

Strange. I would think that, if anything, the holes would be larger than stock to accommodate the possibility of larger endlinks.

Yeah, definitely
Though they advertise their own endlinks as universal - which would mean they may be small.

Kinda bummed, but if they dont reply by tomorrow, I'm going to go get them drilled, thats not too big a job
