04 SVT Sway bar hitting / bang noise?

I have been chasing a mysterious 'bang' from the front right when going over potholes/bridge seams, etc. Car has 97k, completely stock. I have replaced both front struts, top strut bearing, all end-links, tie-rod ends and it's still there. Finally I took a look when it was up on the lift and I can see the sway-bar is hitting a return vapor line next to the fire-wall (I could see a small area where it contacts). The mechanic tried to bend the line away (there's not much room!), but the bang is still there. I can't see anywhere else anything is contacting and yielding such a noise. Do you think new springs will solve the problem? Thanks in advance for your comments.

Sway bar bushings. I'd replace them w/ poly ones. How 'bout putting it on a alignment rack & rocking it up & down to see if you can see if & where it hits something.

I doubt it is a spring issue. My '04 SVT has 75K, with original springs (36K mi.) new SVT struts/shocks and endlinks. Same issue. I would dearly love to solve this issue. Mine seems to do it more when the RF tire falls into a hole(extension vs. compression), rather than hitting an obstacle (like a speed bump or frost heave).
I have not yet changed sway bar bushings, but will do so once the temp gets up to 40F. Thanks, Felix!

Front Suspension BANG Solved

OK Team...

Finally took the car in. Despite the mechanic saying the front sway bar bushings were fine, had them replaced anyway. Guess what - BANG (from the front passenger firewall area) is gone. I'm so relieved - it was incredibly annoying, especially when driving with The Wife who knows how much the car cost and continues costing! Thanks for all the input...

Despite appearances, the bushings must degrade with age....

I had a bang, it was because the sway bar had shifted to the drivers side.
