Thanks! Yeah figured hey it made it to around 105,000 miles before needing fixing the 1st time, might as well get the same thing as before, could have saved alittle bit with monroe, but not that much with the deal thru village ford I got here.

Any special tricks to replacing it on the 09? Or should I be good if I have done this before on other cars. (I am hoping the latter of the two)

Haha- yeah, I just lowered mine with the 'frpp' mentioned further up- the matched zx3b springs and dampers. I actually had no experience doing this- I bought the car here, the PO had it lowered and put the stock suspension back on right before selling to me. So I got a friend at a shop to do most of the work, while I mostly watched and paid . I've only done lifting on trucks before :) BUT after watching it- the only complicated part seemed to be the assembling the front struts and removing/reinstalling the rear springs- crazy man only used a spring compressor on the struts assy... Just the popping out and hitting you part like you said in your post :) I don't think it could be very different at all from what you've done.

If you bought OEM, there shouldn't be anything needed either- mine- because of having the aftermarket rear shocks, I needed to track down upper bushings and nuts because the frpp dampers expect those to be reused, but the parts list said the OE dampers should come with them from ford.
