Unhappy HELP!! Steering went whack

Well lets start from the beginning.. Last October I hit a curb at roughly 25 mph on my drivers side (with 5 people so it was heavy) and bent my lower control arm, inner tie rod, and snapped the sway bar link. I changed the lower control arm, link, and inner/outer tie rod. I didn't do alignment because I screwed on the tie rod about the same length as it previously was. I started to notice that when I rev up a decent amount my steering wheel would suddenly jerk to the left (roughly 15 degrees) but my wheels would jerk TO THE RIGHT... I looked under my car and noticed that the boot from the inner tie rod to the steering rack came off and the little breather tube is gone :(. but I don't think that would cause my steering to go whack right I have asked multiple people and they can't come up with a reasonable solution so any feedback/opinions would be great!!

steering wheel goes left but both wheels go right?

well you are going to get a lot of puzzled faces as anyone tries to comprehend this. some will try hard but all will give up sighting that it cannot be possible. yes there will be torque steer to the amount you say, but the car will steer the same way every time and the steering wheel will match.

having the steering wheel doing the opposite of the wheels is extremely dangerous

is there any play in the steering? maybe a trashed ball joint or bushing

and is everything tight under the car? sounds like there might be some movement of the control arm some how or maybe the cradle.

i was t-boned in the first week of ownership within 2 weeks of the 08's going on sale. fender bumper headlight wheel strut control arm hub
basically anything in the front right quarter of the car.
come to find out that my stabilizer bar is bent right now but they missed that earlier so its outta my pocket now $128

i would jack up that corner and start muscling parts. get a pry bar and start abusing stuff.

suspension and brakes is a neglected forum. full of moved conversations from places where the view of anybody that can help

also check your steering shaft. its just a pipe with a groove that fits into another. it may have been wrenched out of position and is free to move now

but this is a serious matter and should be inspected by a ford mechanic. yes it will cost you some dough but they will know how to service it best and most likely have the parts on hand or tell you what yo can buy to do it your self or have them install instead of ford parts
