SVT Brakes

I think I've asked about this before, but I can't find it. Need some clarification.

For converting the fronts on an 08+ to SVT all I need is:
Pads
Rotors
Calipers
Lines
Everything should just bolt up?

For the rear on an 08+ I need:
Brackets (Already have them)
Rotors
Pads
Calipers
E-brake cable
Hubs
Lines

Also, will the stock wheel speed sensors swap into the new hubs or do I also need those from an SVT?

Anything at all else that I'm missing here?

Thanks in advance,
PowerFocer

I'd add spindle's for the rear. A great upgrade would be SS lines.

I thought the hubs were a hub/spindle combo?

And yes, those are on the list also. Along with high temp brake fluid and speed bleeders. For my year which SS lines should I order? I don't know if anyone makes specific ones for SVT brakes on a (not)MKII.
