2012 focus brakes

I got brakes off of a 2012 crashed focus and was wondering if there is any possibility they will fit my 02 zx3. I have the entire assembly including the spindles, hubs, rotors, pads. I guess I am asking if the 5 lug conversion is possible from the new focus, I searched but couldnt find a straight answer...

If your getting them at a good price, then you could try it. Quite a few choices w/ the 108x4 anyhow. I had a 5.0 mustang that I upgraded the brakes on including rear disc setup & I didn't go for the 5 lug setup, cause I already had a set of 17x9 4 lug wheels, just saying. If they don't fit you could always sell them.

I would guess you are going to run into problems with the half shafts in the front not fitting in the hub. I can't say this for 100% but I know that gold coast did a mazda 3 swap and had custom half shafts made to get that to work. I knoww its focus to focus but I would guess it will be a similar problem. Other issues could be ball joints and where the tie rods connect. Without seeing it everything I am saying is all theory.

IMO if I were to try a swap like that with possible custom parts I would go with mazda 3 because it has a better bolt pattern than 5x108

Yeah it seems its not going to fit. I read on here that 02-04 focus axles have a 26 splines and I counted the splines on the new focus hub and the splines were 28/29.
I guess I am better off staying with the lesser of the odd-ball bolt pattern of 4x108. but man did those 5x108 ferrari wheels look awesome...
