'03 ZX3 Rear Drum to Disc Conversion

Havent seen anything on it yet but was wondering if anyone had done a drum to disc conversion on there Focus, kinda was looking to find out what is involved and would it be worth the effort.

this is all you need to do the conversion...
all you need is the e-brake lines...that are not in the picture...

most of the people who did it went with the svt rear kit...
but if you can find it from an st or ztw, you can do that as well...
i did it on my focus and the kit was from a ztw wagon...

Somebody didn't do much searching did they? There are literally hundreds and hundreds of threads regarding this conversion on Focus Fanatics. But are you aware that with proper tire, pad and shoe selection you can make a Focus stop just as well a a four disc one will (especially for street use)? They may not be pretty but a drum brake can work pretty damn good.

I was searching quite a bit but there is a TON of posts n threads to look through lol
I know they can but I prefer discs easier to maintain I hate dealing with drum shoes springs etc lol
