Blown DGR rear coilovers - need advice

I have a set of DGR street coilovers; as stated in the title, both the rears s*#t the bed. Now I have a dilemma. I contacted Mark from DGR, and long story short it doesn't look promising. Since this is my daily driver, I don't really have time to wait on him. With that said, what do the great folks of FF suggest I do? I'm thinking I'm just going to replace the rears with Koni yellows or something like that.

Sorry to hear that, wow both rears! Thats the problem as you found out, running hard to get product's or non regular brands. Thats what we run into at the shop I work at= it takes longer for the car to be finished= replacing the damanaged parts w/ the same oem or aftermarket parts. I'd go for the Koni's from Trevor @ Tirerack, I beleive its 20% off right now= hit him up.

I don't know if I should blame the product, or the poor road quality in New England. Either way the bigger problem is not getting the lifetime warranty as promised (Mark said he is a completely separate business than Russ so he couldn't promise anything). The ride quality was good until they blew (obviously). I had it in the shop for some other work and had them check out the rear left shock and they confirmed it was no good. About a week or so later, the right rear blew.

Have heard this with the units Russ sold. He made all lines of promises he knew he couldn't live up to. That's why I didn't get a set and the fact that they were not proven. Mark is a good guy but its a completely different ballgame with him. He wasn't apart of the Russ stuff. Might as well consider it a different company all together now.
