I'd pass on the fancy endlinks if only going with the fRPP suspension, would be more of a benefit if going lower than 1.5" (unless yours currently are blown.)

The adjustable control arms are also nice but you could probably will be just fine going with a set of $25 camber bolts. Again, going lower than that and they would really help you get the camber right. I didnt need them when I had the FRPP on my '07 but really needed adjustable arms after lowering more than 1.5". If you do eventually plan on going lower at some point, the massive arms would make you future proof. My logic says, $25 camber bolts vs $200 camber arms..ill try the bolts first

I had my FRPP paired with a 21mm front and 22mm rear bar, great combination. I can never remember what size the different models of 2nd gens came with but 21/21 or close to that is a nice fit (svt came stock 21f/21r)

Hey! Where are you buying the kit? I was looking for the zx3b mentioned here, the zxm1 is what keep showing up- which spring are you going with? I can't seem to make heads or tails of zxm1- if they bolt up with the frpp 18000zx3b shocks and if so- what the difference is. Some people say they are only stiffer, others say they aren't meant for a daily driven car... Still someone else seems to think they are a newer version of the zx3b. Some say i need extra parts for the zxm1- other says no. The only definet info I can find is that the zx3b is the best option, they've been discontinued but are still available some places. Where? I'm worried if I order the strut/shock kit and the spring kit- the strut kit will ship without the springs then.. What. Really new to the lowering world! :)

Old thread bump

Looking back through it appears that at 85k I installed the FRPP springs/shocks/struts kit. I'm now about 146k and though it still drives great, the RR shock has blown out and leaking oil profusely. It's still driveable, still pretty stiff if you give it a jounce test (go to a corner of the vehicle and try to bounce it), but it is definitely making a mess. I bought another whole kit since they are to be replace in pairs and now I have some spare parts just in case they are discontinued in the next 60k miles. I'm a little disappointed because I figured it would last much longer than that. Perhaps I just got a bad shock.


ON A SIDE NOTE

You can order an individual shock (rear) if need be. Fronts are probably also available but I didn't get the part number from Ford Racing Tech Line because the guy was kinda being a d*** and arguing with me on the phone on what does/does not fit my car

IF you need a single REAR shock from the FRPP kit M-1800-ZX3B it is as follows:

7S4Z-18125-B



EDIT:

Deciding to do a little more digging in available part catalogs. IF I'm correct and the part numbers follow the same pattern, then the following should be the front struts:

LF Strut
7S4Z18124E

RF Strut
7S4Z18124F


Apparently all of these can be ordered through Rock Auto, or your local Ford store should be able to get them. At least if someone ends up in my shoes with a leaking shock and they only want to replace one, they should be able to

Thanks for the update, I have about 40k on my kit (65k thru 107k) and haven't experienced any issues. I had the wheels off recently for doing the front brakes and inspecting the rear, didn't notice any leaks but I'll take a closer look next time.
