quick brake question [svt]

I need to change my rear brakes bad. Is it simple as just taking off the rims, unbolting the caliper, removing the disc, compressing the piston, replacing the disc, and installing?

this is my first ford, so im used to drums with hondas.

hondas suck

just about but you need to twist the rear pistons in not push
like you do with the pistons in the front
