suspension or wheels?

lol well as the title says I'm in the market for some new wheels and a (frpp) kit, the (frpp) kit will be around $400.00 (maybe a little more with shipping) and the wheels will be around $500.00-$550.00 shipped to my door i have enough for both but want to do one at a time let some pay checks roll in between the 2 lol just cant decided what one i need to so first also is the stock 16'' wheels offset 42mm?

Drop before wheels or it will look silly, is what I always say.

Suspension first--better to out drive them then out show them.

Two questions to ask yourself.....Will you feel better with an appearance improvement or would you prefer a handling/performance improvement. Both will certainly perform independent of each other. Now.... a nice suspension combined with a lighweight performance tire and wheel combo is as they say...priceless and very hard to imagine until you have both.

lol well no question that the suspension is winning this one well i checked it out the stock 16'' has a 52mm offset switching to a 16'' with a 42mm off will that cause rub with an frpp kit 1.5 drop
