Ground Control uses Eibach race springs (ERS). The ones spec'd for the Focus have spring rates in the 450 lb/in. realm (very stiff). You'll have to have some very serious shocks to dampen them (e.g. Koni). This may be overkill if they are intended primarily for street use.

We're talking 450 lbs/in spring rate here, you need a serious shock to handle that. The Tokico Blues are definitely not going to do it (they won't handle much more than a stock SVT spring rate, if that. I'm pretty sure this is beyond the ability of AGX's as well. I believe those are limitied to 250 lbs/in or so. I'd check with Ground Control directly for recommendations. The Ford Racing Dynamic shocks might be an option. But the hands down favorite would be Koni. Sorry, there's no cheap way to control that heavy of a spring.

He's looking at Eibach ERS springs (that's what comes with the Ground Control adjustable sleeves. They are a different animal altogether and are significantly stiffer than either Eibach Pros or Sportlines.
