intrax spring help!!!

Ok i just scored some intrax springs for a sweet deal, I got by telling the guy i'd give him my old stuff for these.- the guy is a used car dealer with excellent reputation in my area and gave me a sweet deal on my car- the springs were on the car before I bought it but he put the factory ones back on that was a year ago ish. anyway I need to know what struts would be good with them.

Here is what it says on the springs
front- 30-168
and the rear is 30-228

I think the second number is the spring rate and the first number is the drop can anyone say for sure?

I have and idea of what that means but just curious what struts and shocks would be good with them.

Well I'm guessing the numbers on the springs are exactly what you are saying. 30mm drop and the second being the spring rate (although they seem a bit low, I thought Intrax springs had a higher rate than that). 30mm is approximately 1.2" so with a drop like that you could go with the stock SVT struts/shocks. They will of course wear out faster that way though since they are designed to be used with a high spring rate (Stock SVT - F: 129 lb/in R: 157 lb/in) or a bigger drop, but it would probably be your cheapest option.

Even the Eibach Pro-kit uses springs with a much lower spring rate (F: 137 lb/in R: 171 lb/in) but the dampers are designed for a 1.4-1.5" drop. Those dampers can also be used for the Eibach Sportliness as well which a progressively wound springs with a higher spring rate, so they would probably be a safe bet.

Other than that, I would say Koni Yellows (if price isn't an option lol) or the AGX dampers since they both offer some adjustability.
