Baer Brakes and Wheel Size

The previous owner of my 2000 ZX3 upgraded the car with Baer Brakes. (I think they're 13 inch rotors on the front, 12 inch rotors on the back). The car has 17 inch wheels. I recently purchased a set of 16 inch aluminum wheels (5 spoke) from a 2005 Ford Focus, and I was planning to purchase snow tires for these smaller wheels. Unfortunately, I just discovered the smaller wheels won't clear the front brakes. Is anyone else using these brakes with 16 inch wheels? What brand and model are those wheels?

Forget about using anything less than 17" wheels, in fact some 17" wheels won't fit the 13" based on the wheel design. Iv had my baer's for about two years now. 60-0 in less than 108 ft w/mintex pads. Should decrease even more w/EBC pads.
