I measured and there is only ~5/8" of thread on the rear shocks WD40. So the bushings won't work. I am going to cut some foam fillers for the stock shock mounts, or make some new ones from scratch. The rubber ones I made are working 'ok' though (Not great, just good, or adequate). Will post if I get a good solution.

^^^What is so different on the 07 rear shocks?
Do you have any pics?
5/8" of thread and that's it? Weird.

I can't believe they'd expend that much effort to re-design the rear shocks when they were more or less fine the way they were.

Could try contacting P-51 to see if he has some around. That's how I got mine. He was done making them at the time but a couple sets laying around.

Here is a pic of the top of the rear shocks. You can just see the stop.
Also, a pic of the 'doughnuts' I made from a heavy rubber foam. These add considerable resistance to the stock rubber mount (also pictured, doughnuts fit inside). Hope to get them in this weekend. Note: These are not solid like the ones from P-51.

Ah ha...that's not much different (if at all) from what the earlier models have.
None of those parts you have shown are used anymore on my car.
That's where the extra room is going to come in to be able to use the other type of bushings.
I'll try and see if I can get a pic sometime this weekend...

Note.
My Koni shocks have a welded shoulder.
I don't remember what the stockers have, but there should be a shoulder
to keep the washer from sliding down the shock shaft.
I've had this setup on since my original post in this thread, and it's working great, and quiet/clunk free as can be.

I think the problem is that those plastic things hit sides of the hole. I used WD40's idea. I got my old rubber rear sway endlinks bushings and cut them so they fit inside the black boot and go in and around those plastic tabs. P-51 shims do make strange noise it's like cracking plastic. I need to try removing them. So far no other noises, except P-51 shims.

WD40 >> Ref your pic. The "Shoulder or Welded area" . That is where the threads start on my shock and are only 5/8" long. You can see the shoulder on my pic. But! My shoulder also extends up into the "car body shock mounting hole". The plastic clips extend upward beyond the hole. So the differences may look minor, but they prevent the use of the bushings as you describe them. Nice pic btw! :)
