I like my silver, a white car will show the black lovebugs like crazy, so will the dark ones, the silver I've found isn't as bad.

Either way make sure you get them off ASAP they are crazy bad for paint especially on plastic parts such as bumpers (or as in my last car) side view mirrors.

Best color for Florida

Lol tuxedo black. -riot-

If you want a good way to take them off use a dryer sheet with car wash soap. Works wonders on bugs. Painted parts use a clay and Follow up with a spray wax, or wax of choice. Plastics, use some sort of black product(black again, mothers b2b, meguairs ultimate trim, forever black, ect.)

Silver and grey are the top colors world wide. Why not try ruby red since it's not as harsh as black would be and it's not as common as white or silver/grey.

Are you hitting the hwy alot, if you more apt to around town driving bugs won't be such an issue. My mom lives in St. Pete and she drove a yellow Mini and only had bug issues when she had to drive more in-state on the hwys.

I dare say that reds down here fade as fast, if not faster than black paint. I've had white and silver and the silver doesn't require nearly as many car washes to keep clean. However, I do like the appearance of a white car better.
