Adams is top-notch. I wouldn't use anything less.

I use Zaino and Black light from Chemical guys. Both very good products, and for the amount you use the prices are not bad. No- I don't rep either of these products.

Consider a few factors like you climate, how much sun you get (#1 enemy of paint) and if your car is garaged or not.
For me I use the cheaper stuff like Mother's or Meguires Gold Class carnuba. If you wax frequently then even the cheap stuff is good but quality waxes will last longer.

I claybar my cars in the spring followed with a heavy wax job then another wax in the fall before winter sets in and I'm fine to go. With the Focus I try to limit its snow driving and it's garaged so my program has been working for me.

I use what we use at work, Collinite Fleetwax. Best stuff ever and it smells so good. It lasts a long time as well.

+1

I use a clay bar, then paint cleaner, then polish, then wax. This process seems to offer the best paint protection I've ever used on my cars. Easily lasts for almost a year, but takes a solid day to properly apply all steps

IIRC Zymol has a $25,000+ wax. Was the wax your talking about Chemical guys project J97? I have never used high end waxes like that. I personally love Pinnacle Liquid Souverän Car, it is cheap, beads amazing and provides lots of depth in the paint.

A place that I used to have my car detailed by used Liquid Glass
Body shops hate it because it is loaded with silicone and silicone is something that causes paint issues

Surf City garage and Sonus products are what I use mostly. Autogeek.net is where I get all of my stuff unless aside from the surf city garage products I use. The scg tire shine is the best I have ever used.
