What kind of polish did you use? Will Maguire's Scratch-X work?

I can't say yay or nay no the Scratch X because I haven't used it. A lot of what I use on my car is Meguiars, though. I use M205 with a white pad and Show Car Glaze with a grey pad.

It's the B-pillar pieces and the one at the rear of the back doors. I think it would look ok witgh some faux CF or just simple black pieces covering them for protection since they seem to scratch easy.

So I wonder if anyone has tried Scratch X or a polish/wax. I got mine back from the dealer last week and they scratched the shiny B pillar on the driver door. Hopefully one of these will work. Like to give it a try when it warms up.

Scratch removers are just temporary and have to be redone every couple of months and while it will mask small scratches it can only do so much on larger ones.

I'll just quote what has been said above.

I use Meguaires Scratch X on CDs to remove scratchs and it really is great.
A super fine polish it does remove scratches on plastic.
I would say that is what i would use.
Mainly I do not touch my black side bits.. Less contact the fewer scratches.

Yeah I read that but I was wondering if someone had actually used scratch x instead of speculating if it works.
