Man this sucks....

I work for a rep firm in the Midwest and do alot of driving, so back in '04 I bought an SVT 3-door to run around in, and man I love that thing...SO F'N FUN TO DRIVE!

But, as the fates have it...I recently hurt my back and now I'm forced to buy a bigger vehicle to take it easy on my back. SUCKS!!!!! I really enjoyed the car, and all the people and information on Focus Fanatics.

...Oh Well!

If anyone is interested in the car...it's under the Vehicles for Sale forum.

Thanks for the good wishes.

Yeah, the Murano's are pretty cool...I'm kind of leaning toward getting a new Toyota FJ Cruiser

My wife has a bad back too...I turn on the heated seat for her and she says its the most soothing thing EVER. Ok, well, I can think of one thing better :wink wink: but she says this is damn close. Do you have the butt warmers?

Fj cruisers are awesome trucks. I'd say thats a good choice. Cool looks and very functional.

Nah, no butt warmers...plus I'm 6'5" so the butt warmers prolly wont cure my ails ;)

Sometimes back pain just goes away on it own.

Give you some times to heal and perhaps u will still enjoy your SVT.

But rigth now i know you want to get off the ground.

An FJ would be a great pick! My cousin recently got one in seal grey and they look awesome. They ride well too, have decent power pickup and good space. I was actually very impressed with it [thumb]

Yeah...I know

Problem is...Ford and Chevy (dont consider Dodge "American" since the Daimler buyout) cant make a mid size SUV with decent gas milage!

Back pains don't go away on their own. Once you hurt your back, you're never the same.

I disagree, I went through about a year of pretty bad back pains (still not sure what caused it or anything). I decided to maintain my own physical therapy... stretch every day. I also got a new bed. So far, no more back pains in over two years.

I already got the new bed....and the stretches have been helping, but cramming my 6'5" frame in there is just starting to get a little tiresome.

...but man do I love driving that car! ;)
