i was just wondering why he chose the blue celophane as opposed to the elec. tape

Actually with just the elec tape it was too bright and I could see the light bulb when it was on. The celophane did the trick. I first tried the tape with the orig backgrnd - then just celophane(different layers) - then with a piece of paper that wasn't as thick as the orig bkgrnd - tape only then the tape + celophane. Was a pain in the a$$ to try all those but glad I did, I like how it turned out, even though it is a tad dark during the day.
