I think I speak for lots of people on here when I say we'd like more duratec parts....NA duratec parts!

Cheaper PW SC for the SVT.

scrammer
06-26-2006, 03:13 PM
cheaper isnt better, remember that. im pretty sure you arent looking for responses from svt owners about there motor and tranny wishes. so i would like to see more disc brake upgrades out there for the Foci

MISVTfocus
06-26-2006, 03:37 PM
...How is cheaper not better when it's the same thing? I wasn't suggesting cheaper superchargers in general, I was saying I want the PowerWorks SVT Supercharger for less than it is priced at now.

CARB approved Hi-Flow CAT for the Duratec.... Intake manifolds too... $700 for the Cosworth is understandable I guess, but I'd like to see one for 350-400

MISVTfocus
06-26-2006, 04:38 PM
I agreed also with above, LSD's are good, but I don't see myself being able to buy one for a while.

Deals and packages are always good. It would be super cool and sweet if you can sell parts in a group that often go together for example Cam shafts and cam gears. sell them together in a combo that suits you needs and maybe we could save 20-45 bucks.

high performance brake pads and rotors for SVT as well as non-SVT.

High flow cat's.

hmm, id like to see the svt borla exhaust go onsale, like more sale then it is now, something like 350 bucks kinda sale [:D] Before they had sales and i had no money now i do and ready to buy and no good deals blah [:(]

MISVTfocus

I mean, they are selling the PW for the regular 5 speed focus for a hair above 3grand but the SVT version is still nearly 5grand.

YES more SPI parts please. Some pulley parts that come witha new belt if needed.

Maybe a decent rear disc conversion that won't be too hard to install.

Flex pipe for the SPI.

custom focus-fit seat covers for about $100.

i would really love to see more wheels with the correct fitiment for the SVT. my 42mm's with stock tires rub alittle. but other than that some more brake options, like the rotora.com rotors and a hawk, ebc or other brake pad combo. also some 6line brake line kits for the svtf. [thumb]

euro grills and head lights

imprtslyr0223
07-25-2006, 07:40 AM
yeah^^^cheaper euro styling parts would be nice. and another person said soemthing about "package deals". it would be very nice to have package deals for cams and cam gears, but also headers, high flow cats, and flex pipes. oh yeah suspension parts too.

Kamei style euro-grill (badgeless) for the 05+ body style... You'd make a killing -- there's a lot of pent-up demand...

SVT_CLARITY
08-09-2006, 01:42 AM
^^^^ i second the grills notion for all cars.

also, you could make a killing selling some very elementary/functional splash guards for the AEM CAI for us eastern/midwestern folks.

i third the grill for the 05 and up. that would def make a killing!!! lots of demand!!

An svt style upper grill with clear lights instead of amber. There are regular grills with clear lights out there, but I know a lot of people on here have said that they want the svt upper grill with clear lights. I think it would sell really well. I would definately buy one!

SVT grill with no signals.

I want to get HID's with the turn signals in them but I don't want to change my SVT grill. I love my honeycomb grill.

08-10-2006, 06:13 PM
I second the SVT grill with no signals.

I'd like to see some good looking tails for Sedans.

Smoked LED sedan tails... i'd buy them in a heartbeat...

but any design that looked good would be nice. There's nothing available for sedan tails that looks decent.

i know i agree with the engine cover for duratecs, the other 2 things would be a REASONABLE priced SRI and throttle body for duratecs. the only SRI is the expensive steeda for $230. that's a bit much IMO. and throttle body is something i would love to get, but at a price worth paying.

theLoach

for pre-05s: badgeless upper grill with matching lower grill for fogs/no fogs. i can't believe someone doesn't already have this. it's so basic.

mix-n-match upper and lower grill patterns look awful IMO, but it's impossible to get a decent set.

markysparky66
08-30-2006, 01:55 AM
i love the idea of the seat covers i would buy a pair as soon as they came out, just to make my seats last longer.

engine dress up kits such as already painted / powdercoated valve cover ( im powder coating my valve cover the same red as my AEM intake and doing my cam gear cover and spark plug cover in carbon fiber and chromin my svt header ) just simple dress up things make a huge diff, and i think ppl would by them if they werent tacky and quality.

ill give some things some more thought tommarow...

how about some freakin thing to slip over ur clutch pedal when it has poured rain outside and ur foots all slipin all over, so it actually grips....or am i the only one with that problem on a SVT.....

I like the idea of SPI parts. Especially:

-Bolt on turbo kits
-rear-disc conversions
-HP throttle bodies
-headers
-HP drivetrain componets (flywheels, clutches, lsd's, etc.)

AS for 05+ Foci, lets see alot of parts that replace the chrome (grilles, projector headlights, etc.) Also, one guy I knew wanted a OEM style CF hood for his 05.

I think a CF hood group buy would really do well. Any hood thats not OEM thats CF really gets a lot of posts on the sale thread as soon as they go up. I would suggest the VIS hood.

i would really like to see a set of carbon fiber eyelids for pre 2005 focus like the ones used on the cervinis focus cause i have projectors and no one has carbon fiber eyelids that go do far enough to make a difference in the appearence im going for with the eyelids, and euro focus bodykits not euroreplica kits actual aftermarket euro focus bodykits and the euro bumper lenses, also more perfomance options to upgrade automatic transmissions like valvebodies and shift kits. i would also like to see an aftermarket auto shifter for the focus due to the little od button on stock one.

alot of people cant afford 1000$ for a part....so if intakes and motor parts were alittle cheeper i think they would sell more parts....id like to see new parts for the duratec also...but dont want to pay 500$ for a bolt...just an example....like headers for the duratec..only one ive found was one i had to basically make one myself.,...have to weld it together..

I'm getting my '07 ST shortly.
I have no idea what I want for it yet but it has to be durable and cheap.
I might be looking to drop it, so I guess suspension stuff would be great.
Also, some kind of CAI which won't cause hydrolocking!!! That scares me...
Anything for the Duratecs would be very welcomed.
Maybe you could post a poll with some of your thoughts (which are possible) and let us vote and you could get a more accurate anwser to your question..
Cheers

I'll field that. We are trying to focus more of our efforts on the European market rather than the domestic market. With this decision, we are no longer a supporting vendor here on Focus Fanatics. I'm sorry guys.
