Also Ive got crower stage II cams would the Stage I valve springs off ZXTuner work for that app.

I would find a local autozone or pepboys and get a Thurmo for a 96-99 contour Zetec in a 180 there the same as the Focus

Your stock valve springs will be fine for the stg2 cams
