My car recently started to burn oil. In trying to figure out what the issue was i noticed that the turbo has black crusty crap around the seals. Im assuming this is the reason for it to burn oil at idle, while engine breaking and sometimes when i first start to accelerate (basically all the time). Ive been looking around to find a rebuild kit for the turbo i have but have been having some trouble. Will rebuilding the turbo fix this issue? if so does anyone know where i can get one. The ones Ive found, like this one: http://www.saabperformanceparts.com/item107.htm
say that it is for a garret or a turbonetics t3...does it work for both?

You blew the oil seals, which, IIRC is a very common problem with turbos. A rebuild kit should have those seals in there. or you can buy my t3 for sale :)

how are the seals on your t3 and what type is it....i think if i replace it i may go with a t3/t4 hybrid with a 57 trim inlet
